Josep Bartomeu blasts Javier Tebas for his inappropriate comments
Josep Maria Bartomeu says that what the LFP chief has said is irresponsible, adding Barcelona wanted the TAD involved
FC Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu blasted Javier Tebas, LFP president, regarding his comments about the bottle attack on Barcelona at Mestalla. Bartomeu thinks "Tebas' comments are irresponsible and inapropriate for a sporting chief," and added "Tebas should think before he speaks".
Bartomeu added that Barcelona were taking "the quotes from Tebas to the sports court (TAD) so that if he has said anything punishible they can do it".
Bartomeu added that previously Barcelona have had a good relationship with Tebas but after this incident "we have lost confidence in Mr Tebas, because his obligation is to lower the tension and in this case he has not done that and his words have been unfortunate."
