Spain captain Sergio Ramos was pleased with his record of 168 games for his country, beating former Real Madrid team-mate Iker Casillas by one, but was sad about drawing 1-1 in Norway after a late penalty.
"The personal stuff is always secondary and I'd have changed the record for a win and mathematical qualification for Euro 2020," said the Madrid defender.
"For me, it's a pride after so many years to be the national team player with the most caps and I get emotional when I put on this shirt."
On the game he added: "It was complicated to play against a team that, if they lost, would be out of the Euros and it was a pity they scored against us at the end. We have to think about the next game in Sweden and assure qualification."
