Zinedine Zidane seemed pleased after Real Madrid's 2-2 draw with Villarreal, showing a surprising lack of self-criticism after a poor performance.
"I'll stick with the positive sensations, we had a good game, apart from the first 15 minutes. When they score twice, getting back in the game is important. We had chances to score goals," said Zidane.
"We can't be happy because we always look to win but we have to think about the next game now. At the start we lacked defensive intensity and played with little intensity. It's always important to start strong, but later everything was much better. I'll stick with the reaction, because in the end it's important not to lose."
