Philippe Coutinho made history by arriving at Barcelona, becoming the club record signing after Barcelona agreed to pay Liverpool a fee that could rise to 160 million euros.
Liverpool's playmaker will be missed in the Premier League. Eden Hazard spoke to beIN Sports about the deal while at the NBA at game between Celtics and Philadelphia 76ers in London at the 02 Arena on Thursday.
"Coutinho chose to go to Barcelona and to be honest, it's not a bad decision. It's good for him but bad for the Premier League," said Hazard. "He's one of the best players in the league. We've played against each other on various occasions and he's a fantastic player.
"I only want him to be one of the best in the world and take advantage of the opportunity the best he can."
The Belgian also claimed he would soon renew his Chelsea deal.
