Porto midfielder Oliver Torres arrived in Sevilla on Sunday night ahead of becoming the club's ninth summer of an extraordinarily busy summer.
Sources close to the operation have told EFE that Sevilla will pay 12 million euros for the former Spain U21 international, who is set to undergo a medical on Monday before signing a five-year deal.
Torres will then join up with Julen Lopetegui's squad for the tour of the United States.
The 24-year-old came through the academy at Atletico Madrid before joining Porto, where he played under Lopetegui, who has pushed for his move to Sevilla.
During his time in Portugal, Torres played 99 games in the top flight and scored 12 goals, setting up 14 more.
He joins the likes of Reguilón, Jordán, Koundé and Luuk De Jong in moving to the Sanchez Pizjuan this summer as Sevilla rebuild their squad.
