'El Chiringuito' have claimed that Manchester City are ready to pay 150 million euros to land Atletico Madrid midfielder Saul Niguez.
Atletico do not want to sell the Spain international but would be unable to prevent him leaving if his 150 million buyout clause is met.
The report claims City -- coached by ex-Barcelona boss Pep Guardiola -- will make Saul their top target next summer.
Saul recently signed a long-term deal at Atletico despite interest and rumours about a move to Barça. However, El Chiringuito suggest he could end up at City, where he would receive a substantial payrise.
