"I know what I am going to do. I have taken a decision." This was the response Eden Hazard gave when asked about his future. The two options are obvious: renew with Chelsea or look for a new club elsewhere to continue his career.
The Chelsea forward is one of the players linked with Real Madrid. The Belgian has already suggested he would like to join the European champions, with his attitude criticised by coach Maurizio Sarri.
"He's not a leader," the Italian said. "He's 28 and if he wants to leave [Chelsea] then he should."
Hazard has 12 goals and 10 assists this season. Despite Sarri's criticism, his numbers and performances have seen him linked with Europe's biggest clubs.
Chelsea are not in the Champions League this season and may not qualify for it next year. That could be the main reason why he would look to leave the Premier League side this summer.
