La Liga's sides were dealt a tough hand on Monday as the draw for the Champions League last 16 was made in Nyon.
Teams from the same group and country were not allowed to be paired together, which made for an exciting draw, with the ties to be played in the New Year.
Barcelona will play Chelsea, Real Madrid meet Paris Saint-Germain and Sevilla drew Manchester United.
Only Barça will have home advantage in the second leg, with Madrid and Sevilla both reaching this round as runners-up in their respective groups.
The full draw is:
Juventus - Tottenham
Basel - Manchester City
Porto - Liverpool
Real Madrid - Paris Saint-Germain
Sevilla - Manchester United
Shakhtar Donetsk - Roma
Chelsea - Barcelona
Bayern Munich - Besiktas
*The first legs will be played between Feb. 13 and Feb. 21, with the return legs between March 6 and March 14.
