Javier Tebas says there hasn't been a positive or negative answer given to his idea of Barcelona and Girona playing an official LaLiga match in Miami. "They haven't told us yes or no but we've already started the legal procedures required with all the relevent parties. I'm not going to bet on it happening because it upsets other people. We know that we'll need to go through various legal battles anyway."

Tebas also claims that RFEF haven't given their official verdict on the match either. "We've been waiting to have all the information and the RFEF haven't responded to us. It's true that the rule gives us until January. There are 80 days until that match and until the first week of December we have a chance. Only the RFEF and Real Madrid have refused to be involved. It'll be passed by the commission. There might be one who votes against it, like Madrid."
