French side Saint-Etienne have shown an interest in Barcelona forward Malcom, according to a report on the website Peuple Vert.
The Ligue 1 team closed the signing of Barça right-back Sergi Palencia a few days ago and during negotiations for the defender they mentioned Malcom.
They asked for him on loan without an option to buy and offered to pay half of his salary. It's not a good offer for Barça, who have interest from other clubs in Ligue 1, as well as Serie A and the Premier League.
Malcom is a possible option for Arsenal, for example, if they fail to land Crystal Palace's Wilfried Zaha this summer.
The reports in France claim Malcom would be open to returning to France, where he played before moving to Barcelona one year ago.
He has failed to establish himself in Ernesto Valverde's side and is could leave Camp Nou before the end of the transfer window.
