PSG are trying to stop Barcelona getting their own way when it comes to Adrien Rabiot. The Parisian club have reacted to the possibility that he walks away to the Catalans for free in the summer and have opened negotiations with Bayern Munich for his signature in the winter window, per Radio Montecarlo.
Hasan Salihamidzic, Bayern’s sporting director, is said to have phoned the offices of PSG to negotiate. Contact welcomed by the French, who would love to sell Rabiot to the Bundesliga champions. For PSG it would be a perfect operation and they would get a fee for a player who would otherwise leave for nothing, and they would also enjoy denying Barca one of their objectives.
PSG don’t like the way Barca have acted with Rabiot and are doing everything they can to ensure he doesn’t go to Camp Nou.
The player will have the final word. He can block a move to Bayern and wait for his freedom in June to sign for Barca, or if he wants he can join the German side.
