Ousmane Dembélé has already begin preseason training at FC Barcelona. Whilst poor timekeeping has been a regular criticism of the young winger, this time he's already a whole week ahead of schedule. Dembele wants to remain at the Camp Nou next season and is determined to show his best on a weekly basis. However, the interest from Bayern Munich is very real and could allow Barça to raise funds for other transfers.
Former Barça man, Thiago Alcantara, has given his opinion on a possible deal. "Dembele is a great player. As a footballer and someone who's played against him, he's very good. I'd love to play with all the great players who want to come to Bayern," he told 'Bild'.
However, out of respect for his former team as well as his current one, Thiago added: "I'm not the director of football that decides which players we should sign and which we shouldn't."
