Juan Miranda is one of Barcelona's great youth academy pearls. The left-back is one of the best around for his age, and was picked in the U19 Euros team of the tournament after Spain's victory. However with Junior Firpo's arrival, it seems there's no place for him at Barcelona.
He has two clubs after him, Olympique Marseille and Juventus.
The French side is Barca's preferred option, as they want him on loan without and option to buy. That would gain Miranda experience and the club would still have the player's rights.
Juve is more complex. They want to buy him but Barca want at least 20 million euros. Juve wanted to pay 5m and loan him to a Serie A side.
The Italians think Barca's demands are too high. Fabio Paratici, the Juve sporitng director, travelled to Barcelona to try and unblock the situation but the Catalans don't want to let him go cheap.
