Marc Bartra, Barcelona's central defender, is wanted by Napoli. According to information in Italy, the club are ready to travel to Catalonia to present their offer. They will wait until they know who the new Barcelona president is before they come.
Bartra recently announced his desire to stay at the club, despite having several offers to leave. The position of Luis Enrique has had much to do with this. The main reason for the offers was that the clause in his contract had been reduced to €12million.
But from July 1, the clause has returned to €50m. A number that Napoli will not pay, with their first offer for Bartra closer to what would have secured him on June 30. They are willing to go up to €13m for the defender.
