Lille's young French striker, Nicolas Pépé, is flattered by the interest being shown in him from some of Europe's elite sides. Despite others keeping tabs on his progress in Ligue 1, the striker wants to keep his feet on the ground and concentrate on his football.
Pepe, who has scored 8 goals in 14 matches this season, is being linked with many sides including Barcelona, Manchester United, Arsenal and Borussia Dortmund. "A preference between Dortmund, Bayern or Arsenal? They’re all big clubs, I was not aware of these rumours, although it’s nice," he told the 'Evening Standard'.
"Leave Lille at the end of the season? We do not even know what I’ll be doing tomorrow!"
Pepe has been watched by Barcelona scouts for months now and is on their list of potential future signings. However it appears there will be a lot of competition for his signature should he decide to leave Lille.
