Antoine Griezmann is annoyed with the Barcelona dressing room after learning, via SPORT, that he would not be welcome at the club if the Catalans move for him this summer. The Frenchman is upset with the heavyweights for vetoing his signing, which could radically change his plans after he revealed he would leave Atletico Madrid. Now, Griezmann is in no man's land.
Barça have not told him anything about the situation and if the agreement they negotiated is still in place because they have a number of other issues on the table, such as the future of the manager and the sporting structure. At the same time, Griezmann saw in the pre-Copa del Rey final press conference the cold reaction that Messi and Pique had when they were asked about his future. When previously they had praised him, this time they didn't want to speak about a possible transfer. It was a jar of cold water for the forward, who doesn't understand why.
He has even tried to build bridges with some playyers in the Barça dressing room to find out more details about the group's stance but without any positive results. Griezmann is waiting for a phone call from Barcelona which confirms what he fears (that he won't play for Barça) or opens the door to a Camp Nou move. He fears the worst and is annoyed at the dressing room because he feels that those that were going to be his teammates have not behaved well with him.
