Barcelona midfielder Arda Turan will know more about his future in the coming days. That's what has been revealed by his agent Ahmed Bulut.
His destination is still unknown but a move to Turkish side Besiktas, through to the last 16 of the Champions League as group winners, has been ruled out.
The president of the club, Fikret Forest, said as much after his side's win against RB Leipzig on Wednesday.
"It's true that we're looking to strengthen in one or two positions in January," he said. "However, we already have a lot of players in Arda Turan's position."
But Forest only had good words for the Barça man: "He is a great player and a lad I admire. He is still an important reference for all Turkish athletes."
Arda has not yet played for Barça this season and will leave in January, with Bulut saying there are "two or three" big clubs interested in his client.
