Barcelona B complicated life for themselves. They wanted to be promoted as quickly as possible. They topped the Segunda B division and entered the play-offs but lost this first leg at home against Cultural Leonesa.

The visitors were better from the start and took the lead in the 15th minute when Varo could not prevent Alex Gallar's strike from crossing the line.
Marc Cucarella drove forward from left-back and fired a cross-shot inches wide of Palatsi's far post.
Barcelona had a fair amount of possession after that but didn't create much trouble for the Leonesa stopper, and then in the 51st minute Toni Suarez doubled his side's lead with a brilliant strike.
Surging up the pitch the attacker reached the edge of the box and curled home spectacularly to give his team a big advantage, to the delight of the travelling Cultural army who were singing long after the final whistle.
Gumbau had a piledriver tipped wide but that was as close as Barcelona B got to making an impact on what had been a disappointing day.
The second leg takes place on Sunday May 28 and if they can't turn things around then they will end up in a second set of play-offs, giving them a second chance at promotion to the Segunda proper.
