It's the Neymar show as Brazil set up Chile clash

There's no doubt about it now - this is the Neymar Barcelona signed.

If Luis Enrique can get the Brazilian as fired up as he was tonight, then the Blaugrana truly have a player on their hands.

He showed his brilliance in parts last season. That bombastic strike against Rayo Vallecano after he came back from injury proved he was talented.

What he lacked was consistency.

But he's been Brazil's best player in all three of their games, with two goals in the first and two more goals against Cameroon.

Both were extremely well taken, exquisitely finished.

But the strikes weren't the only impressive aspects of Neymar's game.

He was a constant, probing threat, showing maturity greater than anything we've previously seen from him.

Brazil needed him too, looking vacant until he chipped in.

Shortly after Neymar's opener, Cameroon stunned the hosts.

Joel Matip tapped home at the far post after a good cross from Nyom. David Luiz and Marcelo had switched off and let the Cameroonian in. 

Neymar made it two and then the much-maligned Fred netted his first goal of the tournament, heading home from close range after a Luiz cross. 

With Mexico thrashing Croatia, Brazil needed another goal to secure top spot and they came up with it.

Fred and Oscar's brilliant interplay fed Fernandinho, who prodded beyond the goalkeeper and into the net.

The Selecao progress and will face Chile in the next round, in a tasty all-South American clash.
