PSG beat Lyon 2-1 on Sunday, making it two wins in a row after losing to Barcelona and they keep their Ligue 1 title hopes alive, battling with Monaco.

Emery recognised the importance of this latest victory. "After a tricky few minutes, we were able to get in behind and we pushed to beat a team that is playing well. We still have three important competitions, the league championship, the league cup and the French cup.

"If we look at the last 19 games, we have won 16, drawn two and lost against Barcelona. We are showing that was an accident. The team is doing well."
