James Rodriguez and Sami Khedira will be fined for going to CR7 birthday party

Cristiano Ronaldo's birthday party after Real Madrid were thrashed by Atletico Madrid continues to have consequences. The next is that both James Rodriguez and Sami Khedira will be given a hefty fine. 

The club did not like that some members were out celebrating, including three members of the technical staff, after their beating at the Vicente Calderon. 

It was difficult for Real Madrid to punish players for going to the party, except in two cases, those of James and Khedira. Both are injured, and the pair will "pay the fine for everyone". 

James had not yet reached 48 hours after being operated upon for the metatarsal break he suffered, therefore not complying with the mandatory 72 hours of rest. 

Khedira, meanwhile, had left the pitch hours before, for a muscular injury in the thigh, that will keep him out for three weeks. 

Los Blancos directors were annoyed that he could be out partying hours after being unable to finish the game in the Calderon.
