Fabregas says that Chelsea's style of football is similar to Barcelona's

Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas reckons Jose Mourinho's Premier League topping side are playing football in the style of Barcelona. 

The Catalan recently said that "Barça are [Lionel] Messi and 10 more" and he's been speaking once again about the club he departed in the summer.

"At Chelsea we play a style similar [to Barcelona]," Fabregas said in quotes ran on The Mirror.

"We want to be the team that takes the initiative, have possession and look to score. We may have a different system, but the philosophy is similar."

Cesc also, once again, was full of praise for his new manager, Mourinho. 

"He adapts to the players he has," he continued.

"“What makes him so great as a coach is that he adapts to any situation and his teams can play in many different ways. It’s a very intelligent way of managing."
