David Moyes not planning on leaving Real Sociedad for West Ham job
David Moyes says rumours linking him to West Ham are not true and he does not plan to leave Real Sociedad.
The Scot was quizzed about the stories that have appeared in the English media, and he said: "There will always be people who will try to say those things; obviously there are clubs in England who would be interested but my job and my plans haven’t changed. I’ve always said that."
He also confirmed that la Real were already working on setting up well for next season.
"We’ve been working towards the new season, sorting out contract renovations and so on," said Moyes.
"Some people will have to leave the club. We are preparing for the new season but we are not in the position to give you any updates or information at the moment.
"We do need to reinforce the team; we wanted to add Joel Campbell to the squad in January – I think everyone can see the quality Joel Campbell has and that is the kind of profile of player we are hoping to introduce. Getting those players is never an easy task."
