'If Mourinho doesn't go to Man Utd, he'll return to Real Madrid'

Ramon Calderon, Real Madrid's former president, is worried that Jose Mourinho will take over at the club again this summer.

"If Mourinho doesn't go to Manchester United, he will be the next Madrid manager. I am almost sure about that. If Madrid win nothing, unfortunately, we will see him on the bench again. That's my sensation," Calderon said at the 22nd edition of the Nacex Challenge Barça vs. Madrid, which features golf and padel matches between former players of the Clasico clubs.

Calderon is adamant that the return of the Portuguese coach would be the worst news for Real Madrid, referencing his first spell at the club. "It wasn't the best time. Now, without him, things are calmer. He's a person that provokes conflicts. [Florentino Perez] has tried to convince him to come back on various occasions. He's crazy for Mourinho," he added.

But what would it mean for Zinedine Zidane? "If things don't go well I don't think Zidane will continue. He's a Segunda B manager." Which he says is the opposite to Barça right now: "They're doing things well and the results reflect the good work they have done."
