Gerard Pique and Kylian Mbappe swap shirts as Spain beat France
La Roja won 2-0 but Mbappe did well, forcing a save from David de Gea and causing problems with his pace
Kylian Mbappe played his second game for France on Tuesday night against Spain and he made a deal with Gerard Pique to swap shirts at the end of the first half.
He came on against Luxembourg for 12 minutes but Didier Deschamps picked him to start in Paris alongside Antoine Griezmann and Kevin Gameiro against Spain.
La Roja won 2-0 but Mbappe did well, forcing a save from David de Gea and causing problems with his pace.
He has been linked to a move to Real Madrid but Barcelona are trying to obtain his signature too, and on social media some joked that Pique’s shirt swap may play a part in his decision.
Mbappe spoke after the game and explained why he won’t be signing for Real Madrid.
