Exclusive: Luis Enrique is looking for the mole who's leaking information

The Blaugrana coach has grown concerned over the amount of information being leaked

If there's anything that annoys Luis Enrique it's leaks and even more so if they come from the dressing room. The Asturian coach, who during his time as a player and now as a manager, has made it clear he doesn't have a 'feeling' with journalists, has had something bugging him for a few days now.

And his concern is not the FIFA virus, nor if Lionel Messi or Samuel Umtiti will be fit in time for the Champions League game against Manchester City, but something much more banal: the leaks which are supposedly coming from the dressing room.

The straw which broke the camel's back was when some papers were leaked to a publication with some of his analysis clearly exposed. The manager considered the leak a betrayal, above all because it supposedly came from his most intimate circle of helpers. Days before he'd also been annoyed when information on the condition of some players was leaked.

Luis Enrique has began to hunt for the mole, although it is unlikely to be a successful crusade. Years ago and when Luis Enrique was a player, Louis van Gaal called in some technicians to try and track down microphones he felt may have been installed in the dressing room. It was all in vain and the technicians found nothing.

Now, Luis Enrique feels betrayed by the leaks that have come out in recent days. In any case, though, the manager has a lot of other work on his hands, rather than dedicating his time and efforts to a task which is as useless as it is unproductive.
