Digne has surgery on nose... and his ears before Barça presentation?

Lucas Digne has not just undergone surgery on his nose ahead of his presentation as a Barcelona player, but also a visible aesthetic change. 

There is a difference in the appearance of the left-back in the photo used to announce his signing and the photo of the player released by Barça on Thursday. 

Digne has appeared to have his ears pinned back - something which former Barça right-back Dani Alves also had done. 

The 22-year-old will be presented at Camp Nou on Thursday and will pose with his new club's shirt. 

The France international has signed a five-year deal with the club and Paris Saint-Germain will receive 16.5 million euros, with four million more potentially due in variables. 

Digne underwent a rhinoseptoplasty on Wednesday to amend an old nasal fracture, which is why he's wearing a mask for his presentation.
