Claudio Bravo blasts his critics on social media after Chile snub

Claudio Bravo is the protagonist once more, and this time not on a sporting level. The Chilean goalkeeper, who recently signed for Manchester City, used social media to break the silence after he was criticised in his country.

For personal reasons Bravo was left out of the squad for the games against Paraguay and Bolivia on the 1st and 9th of September, which saw him blasted.

Indignant, he took to Twitter to defend himself. "What a way to want to destroy through trouble-makers and lies. Every day our society is sicker," he wrote.

"Thos who talk the most are the ones who have brought the least to this country. They only serve to criticise and destroy. They don't stop making a joke out of Chile."

A little later he went back to Twitter to have another pop. "What a pity for some that the story is already written. And you that talk too much, what have you brought to the country?"
