The Catalan defender will not forget the presence of Wenger in the officies at the Emirates on his first day, when he and his family visited the club's training ground. The coach interrupted the meeting, greeted him personally and said he had seen enough videos to know that Bellerin would have a great future at Arsenal. And he was not mistaken.
Bellerin feels special affection for Wenger, who asked him this summer, when his name was being mentioned as a potential signing for big European clubs, to stay clam and wait to find out Arsenal's contract offer - and Bellerin listened.
