Xavi experiences his own 'Cheryshev Case' with Al Saad

If you think that the Cheryshev Case could only happen in Spain, then you’re wrong. Qatari side Al Saad, who are captained by Barcelona legend Xavi Hernandez, could be handed a reprieve in the Asian Champions League after their opponents allegedly fielded a suspended player. Al Jazira, who are managed by former Barça coach Henk Ten Cate, are the team in the firing line.
