Lionel Messi to lead Argentina's charge at the Copa America in Chile

Gerardo Martino named his 23-man squad for this summer's Copa America on Wedensday, with Lionel Messi and Carlo Tevez, who will face each other in the Champions League final between Barcelona and Juventus, both included. 

As well as Messi and Tevez, the list also included the likes of Martín Demichelis, Fernando Gago, Javier Mascherano, Gonzalo Higuaín, Ángel Di María and Sergio Agüero.

It means several players have been cut from the original list of 30

Those that will miss out are goalkeeper Agustín Marchesín (Santos Laguna, México), defenders Federico Fernández (Swansea, de Inglaterra), Lucas Orban (Valencia, España) and midfielders Enzo Pérez (Valencia, España), Nicolás Gaitán (Benfica, Portugal), Federico Mancuello (Independiente) and Maxi Rodríguez (Newell's Old Boys).

La Albiceleste will be in Group B, along with Uruguay, Paraguay and Jamaica. 

They have just one match planned before the tournament, against Bolivia on June 6, which is the same day as the Champions League final.

Goalkeepers: Sergio Romero (Sampdoria-ITA), Nahuel Guzmán (Tigres-MEX) y Mariano Andújar (Nápoles-ITA).

Defenders: Facundo Roncaglia (Genoa-ITA), Pablo Zabaleta y Martín Demichelis (Manchester City-GBR), Ezequiel Garay (Zenit-RUS), Nicolás Otamendi (Valencia-ESP), Marcos Rojo (Manchester United-GBR) y Milton Casco (Newell's Old Boys).

Midfielders: Javier Mascherano (Barcelona-ESP), Lucas Biglia (Lazio-ITA), Éver Banega (Sevilla-ESP), Roberto Pereyra (Juventus-ITA), Fernando Gago (Boca Juniors), Ángel Di María (Manchester United-GBR), Erik Lamela (Tottenham Hotspur-GBR) y Javier Pastore (Paris Saint Germain-FRA).
