Cristiano Ronaldo loses it and throws a reporter's microphone

Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo is not taking criticism of his performances with Portugal at Euro 2016 well.

Ahead of their vital game against Hungary on Wednesday, Ronaldo has been caught up in an off-the-pitch incident with a reporter.

With tension high in the Portuguese camp as they face an early elimination from the tournament, Ronaldo lost it when he had a microphone shoved in his face.

As the team went on a walk close to their hotel in Lyon, a journalist from CM TV approached and tried to ask the 31-year-old a question.

The Portugal captain wasn’t impressed, though, and reacted in the worst manner possible.

He grabbed the reporter’s microphone and threw it into the river in a gesture which is sure to have repercussions across social media.

It’s not the first time Ronaldo’s had problems with CM TV. In 2014, he had a run in with a journalist from the television channel in a press conference.
