Two of Cristiano Ronaldo's goals against Bayern Munich were offside
Ronaldo's second and third goals on Tuesday were both offside
The Portuguese's second goal was decisive in context of the game
Cristiano Ronaldo's second and third goals against Bayern Munich at the Santiago Bernabeu were clearly offside.
The second one, especially. After a pass from Sergio Ramos, he controlled the ball in the area and fired passed Neuer.
However, it seemed obvious at the time and replays confirmed that he was a long way offside when Ramos played the pass.
It was a night of controversial decisions from referee Viktor Kassal, who will no doubt be in the spotlight this week now.
He let Madrid midfielder Casemiro -- already on a booking -- off twice but didn't doubt pulling out a second yellow card for Bayern's Arturo Vidal, who had made a good challenge.
Then came the Ronaldo offside and the Madrid forward's hat-trick goal, with Bayern exhausted, was also offside after brilliant play from Marcelo.
Madrid then put the gloss on what had been a complicated night with another goal in extra-time, this time from Marco Asensio.
The game had ended 2-1 to Bayern in normal time (3-3 on aggregate) but Madrid's three extra-time goals ensured they reached the last four for a seventh straight season.

Even Gerard Pique appeared to react to Ronaldo's second goal, publishing the above tweet within second off the ball crossing the line.
