Portugal star Cristiano Ronaldo is once again on the front pages of the press in his homeland. However, on this occasion it’s not for sporting reasons, but for his personal appearance.
Ronaldo is addicted to botox. That’s what Portuguese magazine VIP claims on its cover this week. The magazine says that the Real Madrid man spends thousands of euros with the objective of improving his image. That’s led to critics saying he cares more about his appearance than his performances on the pitch, due to the fact he’s not started the season well.
The magazine VIP assured that Ronaldo is “an addict of botox” and other beauty treatments and say that “the player has spent thousands of euros on aesthetic surgery.”
They continue by saying that Ronaldo has been molding his image for many years now. His concern over his appearance, the perfection of his hair and the toning of his muscle are some aspects which Ronaldo has become known for in recent years.
