Mourinho preparing to destabilise Real Madrid in summer transfer window

Jose Mourinho is ready to dip his hand into Manchester United's transfer budget and go fishing at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu this summer.

The former Real Madrid coach is threatening to scourge president Florentino Perez, sighting Gareth Bale and Alvaro Morata as his prime targets.

His interest may end up destabilising the Blancos since Bale is considered untouchable and has become a vital component in Zinedine Zidane's gameplan.

Mourinho is the ideal coach to commence hostilities against Real since he knows them perfectly and has all the contacts necessary to cause a nuisance.

In addition to Bale and Morata, the 53-year-old will also go after Raphael Varane, Toni Kroos, Dani  Carvajal or Luka Modric.

Jose Angel Sanchez, who could leave office as Real's CEO, is also being watched closely by United.

As reported by El Confidencial, the hierarchy at Old Trafford are convinced that Bale intends to return to the Premier League.

The Red Devils have been chasing the Welshman for a long time and have a budget of 250 million euros to strengthen the squad ahead of next season.

United are ready to put an offer on the table similar to that conducted last summer - on that occasion it was 130 million - in order to sign the former Tottenham Hotspur forward.

Perez rejected the proposal despite Bale asking for him to push the deal through.

The 26-year-old has never been comfortable at Real and considers the shadow of Cristiano Ronaldo to be too large.

His intention was to leave the Bernabeu but that was met with an adamant refusal from the president and he was forced to reluctantly accept the decision.

With a contact until 2019, the Blancos have spent months trying to finalise a two-year contract extension with a substantial improvement in the contract terms.

DEBUT WITH MOURINHO

Mourinho is also willing to tempt Morata to Manchester, a player he knows very well.

He gave the Spaniard his Real debut and, according to Marca, United intends to offer 60 million to convince Juventus to let him go, although the Merengues have first preference if the player makes his departure official before June 30.

Then there will be two weeks until July 15 for Real to pay 30 million if Morata is to rejoin the team.

Chelsea, Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain are all lurking and waiting for events to develop, and the Blancos are willing to listen to offers for the player.
