Granada 0-4 Real Madrid: Zidane's men remain on track for title

Four first half goals eased Madrid past relegated Granada

James Rodriguez and Alvaro Morata both scored twice

Real Madrid's supposed second string once put on a show as they beat Granada 4-0 to keep their title hopes on track.

Madrid haven't won la Liga since 2012 but Zinedine Zidane's side know two wins and a draw from their final three games -- Sevilla (H), Celta Vigo (A), Malaga (A) -- will see them pip Barcelona to top spot.

Barça had kept the pressure on Los Blancos with a 4-1 win over Villarreal, but any hopes Luis Enrique's side had of a Granada miracle disappeared in the opening three minutes when James Rodriguez scored from a Lucas Vazquez cross.

James added his second of the night in the 11th minute and a six-minute brace from Morata had Madrid 4-0 up by the 35th minute.

At that point it looked like Madrid could hit double figures but they eased up after the break.

They're level on points with Barça (84) but still have that game in hand and remain firm favourites to lift the title.
