Florentino Perez wants to replace the BBC with the NHL at Madrid

Real Madrid are having one of their worst seasons in recent years. Despite being alive in three competitions still, Zinedine Zidane's team are 19 points behind league leaders Barcelona. The results aren't coming and neither are the goals. That's why president Florentino Perez is lining up a revolution. 

According to Marca, the Madrid chief is ready to get rid of the BBC -- Bale, Benzema and Cristiano Ronaldo. Their numbers have not been good this season and Perez wants to refresh things. The names Neymar, Hazard and Lewanowski are on the table. 

Paris Saint-Germain's Neymar is Perez's biggest desire. The Brazilian's €222 million move to France doesn't seem to have changed that. Neymar has played 22 games this season, scoring 20 goals and providing 14 assists in a trident with Cavani and Mbappe. 

Hazard, meanwhile, is the star of Chelsea's team. Along with Morata, he's in charge of providing the goals and creativity for the Londoners. In 29 games, he's managed nine goals and eight assists. The Belgian recently turned 27 and is in good form. 

And finally, there's Lewandowski. The Polish striker is one of the best strikers in the world. At 29, he has been scoring goals for years. This season, the Bayern Munich frontman has scored 21 times in his 26 appearances and set up two more goals. Between the three of them, they've scored 50 goals and provided 24 assists. 

The arrival of all three would provoke the departure of the current trident. Perez, though, would have to spend big if he wants to sign from PSG, Chelsea and Bayern. It won't be easy to switch from the BBC to the NHL.
