Cristiano Ronaldo, Real Madrid's Portuguese star, gave advice to James Rodriguez about his future. According to Confidencial Colombia, the forward helped James decide not to leave the Santiago Bernabeu after the Club World Cup.
They say that Ronaldo recommended James not to sign for Antonio Conte's Chelsea team. James was not happy at the end of the Club World Cup and Chelsea wanted to take advantage of the situation with a 90m euro move for the Colombian.
"I can't say that I will stay. I have offers and seven days to think," said James. However advised by Cristiano he did not go to Stamford Bridge and remained with Los Blancos.
