The Portuguese has gone 270 minutes without a league goal

It's his third longest drought ever in Spain's top flight

Cristiano Ronaldo has gone three games without a goals in La Liga in one of his worst scoreless streaks since he landed at the Bernabeu in 2009 -- and it's his worst ever start to a league campaign.

Never has the Portugal forward began a season so 'dry'. He has accumulated 270 minutes without scoring, moving close to his two worst runs in Spain's top flight: 336 minutes and 309 minutes without seeing the back of the net.

Ronaldo's worst run came last season, when he went 336 minutes without scoring between weeks 27 and 35, a period in which he played four complete games.

After scoring in the 40th minute against Real Betis, he did not score against Athletic, Alaves, Atletico and Barcelona, before finally scoring again in the 26th minute of Madrid's game against Valencia.

In total, he went 336 minutes without a goal, given against Athletic he was taken off in the 80th minute, so didn't play the whole game.

The season before last, he went 309 minutes without scoring. That was the time that passed between his 80th minute goal against Espanyol and his next goal, five games later, against Levante. Against Granada, Athletic, Malaga and Atletico he drew blanks.
