Chelsea's prime transfer target this summer is Alvaro Morata. With Diego Costa set to leave at the end of the season, the Spanish Real Madrid forward is whom the Blues hope to bring in.
According to the Sunday Express, Chelsea are resigned to the fact that Diego Costa wants to leave, with the Chinese Super League an appealing destination given the money they would pay. Chelsea already blocked him from a 30m move to Tianjin Quanjian. Costa has a contract until 2019.
Morata, who scored in Madrid's 3-2 win over Sporting Gijon, is a prime target. Antonio Conte knows him well as he was Juventus coach, where Morata went on loan.
