'The Sun': Mega offer from Manchester United for Griezmann

The Atletico Madrid star is a target for a number of Premier League clubs

Atletico Madrid forward Antoine Griezmann could become the next player to end up in the Premier League. According to The Sun, Manchester United will try to tempt the French international with a huge offer in line with what the pay Paul Pogba, who they signed last summer from Juventus.

The English newspaper published on Friday that United would pay Griezmann 250,000 euros a week, an amount which is supposedly similar to what Pogba earns, who joined the club for 120 million euros.

Griezmann, who is in the running to win the top prize at 'The Best FIFA Football Awards' on Jan. 9, also has other offers from England, according to the same report.

They add that Pep Guardiola's Manchester City are interested in the Frenchman, who has scored 50 goals in 90 league games for Atletico, as are Arsenal, who may lose Alexis Sanchez and/or Mesut Ozil. Both are in talks over new deals but there are doubts whether they will renew.

Griezmann has a deal until 2021 with the Rojiblanco and has said that his intention, for now, is to continue in Madrid while Diego Simeone is manager.
