Marquinhos will ask PSG to let him leave the club in the summer

Marquinhos's decision has been made. He will not continue at PSG next season. Thiago Silva and David Luiz are the first-choice centre-backs and, unable to oust his compatriots, he will leave in the summer.

According to le10Sport, the Brazilian defender will ask Al-Khelaifi in person to let him go, although the French team want to avoid that at all costs. Marquinhos has a big future ahead of him and PSG don't want to let him escape, although his departure seems the only way to solve his discontent.

Marquinhos has offers from Manchester United, Bayern Munich and Chelsea, and is also on Barcelona's agenda, although they have not made a formal offer. 

The defender wants to go to a club where he can play every weekend, but that's not something Barcelona can guarantee. Chelsea seems his most probably destination, but the dance has barely started.
