Manchester City's Leroy Sane became the fastest player in the Premier League at the weekend when he clocked a speed of 35.48km per hour in his side's win over Chelsea.
Sane's top speed is a new speed record in the Premier League, breaking the record which had been jointly held by Jamie Vardy and Anthony Martial since 2014.
The Leicester City and Manchester United players had been registered at 35.40km per hour.
Sane, 21, joined Man City from Schalke 04 in 2016 and is currently in his second season with the English club.
Since he arrived, he has worked with Pep Guardiola and has become one of the key players in the system, scorign three goals in his seven appearances this year.
