A journalist from the Manchester Evening News has checked out Pep's pad

The building is situated in the centre of the city and rental periods vary

A journalist from the Manchester Evening News has been given a peak inside the luxury 'City Suites' aparthotel where, among others, Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola lives. Situated on Chapel Street in the middle Manchester, the building's entrance hides the luxury services which until now had been unknown.  

The Manchester Evening News have been inside one of the apartments. As well as enjoying the luxury home, the journalist also learned of the existence of a swimming pool, a jacuzi and a state-of-the-art gym for all the residents and guests.  

Despite the fact the journalist didn't come across Guardiola, they did allow us to see what the apartment the Catalan has chosen to live in in England is like. In addition, Tim Allen, a Michelin star chef, will soon take over the restaurant situated at the bottom of the building. 

HERE ARE SOME OF THE BUILDING'S FEATURES:

  • There are 16 floors and 237 one and two bed apartments, each with their own kitchen (with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine and coffee maker) and a big living area.
  • The minimum rental period is four nights. 
  • There are private apartments, which are used by Guardiola and Manchester City stars such as Gabriel Jesus.
  • The price of the apartments reduces depending on the length of the stay. The longer the stay, the cheaper the price. For example, a stuido varies from 118 to 76 pounds per night. In exchange, an apartment with two rooms is more than 225 euros per night.
  • The buidling has big windows with views over Manchester and Salford.
  • The interiors are elgant and modern and have the kitchens are equipped with everything you could possibly need.
  • There's a huge wardrobe space in the bedrooms.
