Gerard Deulofeu wanted by Liverpool after successful Everton loan
Barcelona's attacking midfielder Gerard Deulofeu, on loan at Sevilla, is wanted by Liverpool, according to The Metro.
Deulofeu stayed on Merseyside with Everton, where he enjoyed a good season, but it is their rivals who want to procure his services.
It is thought Deulofeu would look kindly at a return to the Premier League, as he enjoyed himself with the Toffees.
He does not appear to be needed at Barcelona, with Luis Enrique unimpressed with his attitude in pre-season and instead chosing to keep Munir El Haddadi at his disposal.
Deulofeu did not track back enough for Lucho's liking, and in any case, the Luis Suarez, Lionel Messi and Neymar strikeforce is firmly in place.
