City consider a complaint against Arsenal over Alexis

Manchester City could make an official complaint against Arsenal because they believe that the Gunners did not respect the pre-contract signed by both parties for the transfer of Alexis Sánchez.
The Chilean newspaper El Mercurio reports that the player told his Chile teammates that the deal was done, only for Arsenal to backtrack because they could not sign Thomas Lemar, who was supposed to be his replacement, from Monaco.
"While the Gunners were trying to sign the Frenchman, Sánchez signed a document that have would seen him join Guardiola's team for four seasons. And this same document between the parties involved - Arsenal, Manchester City and the player - is the one City will take to the courts, as they take legal action against their rivals for breach of contract," the paper reported.
Various reports from England suggest that Alexis is "deeply frustrated" that the move fell through. Manchester City think Arsenal acted in bad faith in changing their mind after informing Manchester City that the deal was agreed - causing City to cancel all the other deals they were working on.
