Bojan returns to first-team training after five months out injured

Bojan Krkic has started to train normally once again with Stoke City this Friday, after spending five months on the sideline due to a knee injury.

The former Barça forward published a photo on his Instagram profile, in which he can be seen smiling while training with his teammates.

Bojan has returned after recovering from a cruciate ligament injury in his left knee. The goalscorer suffered an injury at the end of January during an FA Cup match against Rochdale, minutes after scoring a great goal from outside the box, and was operated on in February in Barcelona. Since then, he hasn't returned to action.

Bojan leaves behind him a hard process of recuperation, with the excitement of the new season lying ahead, but he has the confidence of his coach Mark Hughes, after his work and goals during the past campaign. His Instagram caption didn't leave room for doubt: "Very happy to see you all again! It is another step, we will continue to work hard. #Month5 #ComingBackStronger."
