With these players until the very last second...

Barcelona threw half the league title away and saw their Champions League hopes drastically hit in just four days. It was a tough double blow to take. Terrible. So disappointing -- in capital letters. The team's negative transformation has been as surprising as it has painful. It seems incredible that the same players who performed a miracle against PSG and were excellent against Sevilla could be so ridiculous in Malaga and Turin.

Ridiculous, yes, because what's happened in the last week can't be called anything else... However, not all is lost. It's difficult to be optimistic right now after the performance at Juventus, but we have to be confident in this group until the last minute. Until the last second. These players have won it all, have provided us with the biggest feats in the history of the club and they still deserve a little credibility. La Liga and the Champions League are almost impossible. Almost. And that almost is what has to be held on to. Show some faith and have confidence in a miracle. In a double miracle...  

On Saturday, against Real Sociedad, Barça must react. They must show that there's still hope. That despite everything, it's still possible to win a title. Or two. Even three... And the only way to do that is to return to their origins. To the essence. To recover the style. To bet on football. 

When Barça play like Barça, everything is possible. We know that. We have seen it. That's what allows us to not, definitively, throw in the towel just yet. Recent memories are what allow the hope to be maintained. Memories and love for players like Messi, Iniesta, Sergio Busquets and Pique, the spine of a dressing room which has still not said its last word. At Camp Nou against La Real, these players have the chance to redeem themselves. If they do it, there's still hope for this Barça. If they give up, the end of the cycle will seem irreversible.
