PSG's Zlatan Ibrahimovic will miss clash with Barça on Tuesday

Paris Saint-Germain have confirmed that they will be without Thiago Silva and Zlatan Ibrahimovic for Tuesday night's Champions League game in Paris against Barcelona.

It had been touch and go as to whether Ibrahimovic would make the game against his former side, however his presence in Laurent Blanc's side had not been completely discared.

However, it has now. 

The Swedish striker, keen to play in the match, had been trying to rush himself back to fitness, but his heel problem has not healed in time.

Ibrahimovic, now 32, spent one season plying his trade at Camp Nou when Pep Guardiola was in charge.

Meanwhile, Brazilian defender and one-time Barça target Thiago Silva will also miss the game -- that could mean David Luiz and Marquinhos line up as Blanc's two central defenders.

Argentine forward Ezequiel Lavezzi is another absentee for the French champions.
