The PSG coach may also be without Marquinhos who is a doubt after suffering a hamstring problem against Olympic Marseille.
The Brazilian duo will be tested on Monday at Hospital Americano de Nevilly to find out the extents of their respective injuries.
Neymar is expected to be out for around 10 days and ready to return for the Madrid clash, while Marquinhos could be out for a month.
